The penalty at the disconnection from game

Ок, all of you probably faced loss of communication during game because of problems of the Internet provider or problems with a power supply?
Today I have received 2 leaves because of loss of communication and I consider it not fair. It sharply reduces my points. Whether it is possible to distinguish simple leave and connection loss somehow?

No it is not possible, as it could be abused too easily by plugging unfortunatly. The only thing i can point to is that you regain 0.5 points a game. Won't help you if you disconnect frequently, but if it happens only now and then you won't suffer too much.

Depends on the amount of points of the penalty, which is determined by average stay of the last 20 games. If you usually don't leave your penalty will be around 10-12 points, that's 20-24 games needed to get rid of it.

Seriously if you play many games and have 5 leavings, u have to play 100 games to remove all penalty? It's a life time lol.

I think it should decays be twice as fast per game imo. Regaining 1 point pr game.

If you play a row of games and get all penalties points reset like 24, it's fine I guess. I didn't know about that detail.

from league page:

Leaving means not finishing a game till victory screen. That means someone who is not staying till the end will be handled as leaver (indepentend of reason/cause). Leavers will recieve a penalty, which is measures time-based considering someones last 20 games.
penalty = abs( point_from_this_game ) + 50 * ( 1 - time_percentage_stayed_in_this_and_19_games_before );

An existing penalty will be reduced by 0.5 points every nice completed game. With a perfect stay time of 100% and a single leave at the current game you would get a penalty of a bit more than 10 points, which means you have to play at least 20 games to reduce your penalty to zero.
