Low ELO

Hi,

How about making a minimum ELO needed to play ranked games? I mean if you got less than 1400 you can't play ranked but as penalties you get +1 by each qualify game played, with a maximum at 1420 ELO for example. I just played 2 games in a row with a 1350 ELO guy who ruined those 2 games... There are not a lot of players under 1400 ELO but all of them ruin all games they play in, or almost.

Agreed. Someone with an ELO that low might actually be doing it on purpose, or they need more practice in qualify.

It does ruin the gaming experience for everyone else.

no agree. many ppl have bad stats becouse of bad luck (leavers, stupids, ...) - i think some ppl also need a chance getting better. and ranked games are the only way to improve their gameplay.
