I'm pretty sure I already reported this, but unfortunately I can't find the post, and the "problem" is still there it seems.
If you cast a titan ulti on someone who already has one cast on his tank, it doesn't renew the spell timer. I think this was different with the old aoe ulti, so it's probably a bug.
