I don't know what's happen I was banned and no any ban request , is it fair?

it is non-stop banned me many times for no reason every year , if I want to ban a player I need to send ban request and follow the rules in the Btanks , but why other ppl no need to follow the rules? just banned for their favorite?  it is really rudely behavior and unfair , if still continue abuse the power for the admins , the btanks will no more ppl want to play it .
