Specc slots

Good evening.
there are bots that play dota host. because there are 2 slots for viewers. in leaguebots there are also 2 open slots, but they are closed. is it possible to open them? I must admit I enjoy watching play on. there are sites such as live streaming, ow3nd and xfire, but there is dota and other games shown. I would be at least about it, I think some others too.

and it's better this way. spectators could influence the game by giving hints or informations.
