Unfortunately, this has always been a problem with public games, especially when players take the game too seriously and forget to have fun. It'll only get worse if the only servers up are the League-Bots... The only way around this is to have private game or to have servers dedicated to fun modes or casual games. Anna-bot did this, but Alternative Mode wasn't attractive and different enough to distinguish itself from normal.
