Cannot Copy and Paste to join game

I've had two people look at this so far and they originally thought I was BSing them. If I type in the name in the JOIN GAME field, exactly or even copy it from the website and paste it, I will not join the game.
I will only join the game if the name is already in the buffered list, is there a way around this? |
