i thought about that before, but i wasnt really sure if its a good idea.
+if the game lasts that long (to get level 26+), you will be able to keep a (small) experience advantage
-quite big change in game machanics for a quite low effect IMO
and: there are two questions to be answered before implementing this:
will a level 25+x tank receive x*0,5% additional HP?
what are the level requirements for the tank cannon above level 5? if they are 16,19,22,25 and 28, they will maybe have an impact on current skilling behaviour.
