Rune Carving Lvl 3 doesn't work.
its impossible to create a new one and the healer right lane above the Fountain can not be manipulated.
Is this bug also in 8.64? Scout had some bugs in 8.63b.
it is in 8,63b didnt see that 8.64 has been released already.
Would be nice if you test it in 8.64 and report if there is still a bug.
okay, i'll finish this round and then host new version and test it.
