Rune Carving Lvl 3 doesn't work.
its impossible to create a new one and the healer right lane above the Fountain can not be manipulated.

Is this bug also in 8.64? Scout had some bugs in 8.63b.

it is in 8,63b didnt see that 8.64 has been released already.
