I have never once used an anti-grav or tinker to run explosives. I find it fun to avoid the teleport breakers or use them to get my kills if I am playing an exploder. I understand people getting frustrated at being blown up while trying to play a game, but there are perfectly available coutners to that. If you have someone using the anti-grav the only option is to not leave yourself too vulnerable early on. You push out too far into it, it will be able to jump and get you. Keep a smaller buffer between you and your creep and this isnt an option for him.
Personally I feel explosives add a different challenge to the game, one that some people would rather remove than rise to meet.

i hosted games with 'no exploSIVES' in gamename in northrend but it never really worked.. the people just don't understand the difference.
i even told them about 20times (before countdown) i will ban players who use explosives.
everyone says 'yes, we're not stupid we got it'

-first one gets heli with explosives...(random i guess)
happens everytime, most times tinker.. and i don't want to do -no tinker cause i think it's the only support tank beside the guard
(i'd really like to see this heal tank thing)

There will always be idiots, that is what the -kick command and custom kick are for.
