Perhaps add nopool as a condition, so you can switch tanks even the cooldown isn't finished in a normal nopool game. In share mode, this would be a good reason to have.

but.. hmm.. tell me an example please where a player gets a critical andvantage (ab)using that cooldowns are resettet with buying a new tank.
