True that. By now, I'm also convinced that Scout is too strong, it's impossible to keep up in terms of farming, and thus very hard to kill a Scout, it takes a ridiculously low amount of time to get a hull if you start with and upgraded Bow. I'm not sure if nerfing the Bow (as discussed elsewhere) will be sufficient to solve the problem, at least one other skill should be modified, either the Watch Tower or (this seems more important) Defensive Systems.

as the scout is considred too strong because of his good farming, it would rather nerf the bonus damage for creep-omly weapons (and therefore nerfing the scouts tank cannon, as well es the tactic with multibow). this would indirectly nerf the demolisher a little bit, too, which cant be wrong.

Well, now that 8.45 nerfs the multi-bow (and creep-cannon, as well as any other creep-only weapon), we'll see if scout and demo will be as difficult to deal with.

Well I find this nerf of the creep weapons already a good step in the right direction, only now i still find the spell block still a bit to good, I would like to suggest a change like Prog stated, only blocking a presentage of the magic damage of the attack, or let the block only block spells of the same level or lower.

So a level 3 rocket will not be blocked by a level 1 or 2 block skill. But it will block a level 2 rocket. (as always do I not know if this is implementable)

As much as the scout has been nerfed, I would perhaps don't call the scout to strong anymore. I think it's rather balanced now, as the creep-cannon, tower skill and defense systems has been nerfed.

Also a slow rate creep cannon (1.5 sec), is also bad at creeping, due to slow kills and often hits almost dead creeps, which is not really an efficient weapon.

I think the poll needs to be reset, to get new feedback.

After .45, I think the Scout is balanced, leaning on the side of weak. Defensive Systems is barely the worth the points it once was, still at 1 point. The tower is decent and honestly it's the reason to take the tank. Rune Carving is nice for 1 point, maybe up to 3 later, and it's lvl 10 is solid even though 95% of the time you'll have upgraded by then.

I guess one can't complain much since the Scout costs a mere 500, being able to start with a Light Plasma (Upgrade) or a Machine Gun is a nice bit of variety.
