Battle Tanks 8.49 - Exodus - 2008-07-13 Hey there, a new version again. Mostly bugfixing and some balancing. This should be a pretty stable version now. v 8.49

It cannot stun or damage enemy tanks with skills. It can use net at lv 10. Scout is a long range specialist. Also it's creep cannon is quite weak when it have 1300 range, it was stronger when it had 950 range. So scout is deadliest when it got long range weapons. A lot of people say, that they think the Scout is too strong, but nearly no one says what to do against that. I think, you should start making constructive suggestions on how to balance the Scout. But I guess this will become a quite difficult discussion, since there are a lot of different opinions on the Scout. (btw exodus: did u fix the creeps movement trigger to allow us to do our "wall off the base to produce a super creep wave" strat? and if not, are you planning on doing so in the next version?) So scout is deadliest when it got long range weapons. who care's if it can't stun? if i can out farm gold and levels and not get killed then i don't need to kill my enemies. i can just get a small hull, a crap load of weapons, and upgrade to a demon tank. i think THAT tank has a stun doesn't it? I'd like to. But I'm still not sure if it will work, because too much creeps seem to mess up the pathfinding of Warcraft. I'll have to see. But I do know that there is something wrong with the Scout. Also, to prevent rushes for the Demon Tank you can activate the Requirement Mode. The problem was, that after the enemy see, what tanks and weapons we use - they activated high bounty after 1 minute or so, so that we cannot change back to better creeping tanks and or weapons, but they get used too. They didnt say its hb before :cry: , they just did it after some time --> I dont mind league, because I dont play it serious, I just want to meantion it here, that some guys can improve their winning chances extremely by using or not using this mode, after the -liga / - league commands are given. - maybe forbid mode changes after -liga is activated to stop abusing it |
