Why is this thread called "shuffle"? It's the balance function as described on league.btanks.net:
Quote:Balance:

Ranked games do have an autobalance function to make both team even. Therefore the worst four players (ELO-score) will be distributed among the two teams. The remaining six players will then be distributed in that way that both teams are even. That means both teams will have "bad" playing members. This distribution prevents very good players from having a team only consisting of "bad" players.
Sorted by ELOs (1. is the highest, 10 the lowest):
8.+9. in team 1
7.+10. in team 2

Really that hard to verify?

1455
1461
1465
1469.65

1469.78
1470
1483
1485
1513
1644

So: 1455+1469.65 are in one team and 1461+1465 are in the other one.
Now try to distribute the rest: 1644 in one of the teams and as he has a "very high" elo he'll get 1469.78+1470.
Exactly what the table shows.
