Is there any way to make the 2 observers possible to write in "all chat" ?. [u could make then as a referee]

Cuz i think that it´s abit annoying for them just to watch and write in privat.

I think it's a safety measure to prevent them to act as advisors for one team and give hints to them and affect the game greatly. Also warn about CP captures gives a team a preemptive warning advantage...

But I don't understand why it's like this, when battle tanks is a game without fog. Everyone can see what's happening....
