Restriction of speed

I suggest to clean a limit of speed 522.
Because of restriction of speed medivac and goblin tank can't use completely superthrust and thunder hammer with speed bost (theoretically they should be dispersed to 569 and 631). Especially difficultly goblin tank - it is impossible quickly enough for the speed 522 to catch up with the opponent, which speed ~450. Creeps too very much disturb.

I remember that the old speed limit was 450 if I don't recall wrong. But in 8.51 it was set to 522.

But I think the current limit is good, making a few tanks breaking this limit due to their special abilities which breaks the 522 limit would be unfortunate to the gameplay.
