Disable the kick system in qualify

I don't know if any1 else suggested this at the past, but u should disable the kick system in qualify !

People play qualify to learn.. qualify is mostly for newbies and because some of them feed , some1 tries to kick them...

The question is " how can some1 get qualified if some1 is trying to kick them ?"

Please do something about it!

problem is appearing cause ranked is no more attractive to join due to many skilled players who don't care anymore about quality of league just a game length . How about ideas from the link below?
