[8.78b] Titan Obelisk dragging on CPTP

Had an epic 2.5h Titan war yesterday and more than once, an enemy Titan was dragged across the whole map within a second when he CPTP'ed out of a friedly Obelisk and had to port again. While it does not seriously affect the game mechanic, it just looks very wrong.

noticed that too... but i guess this is not a bug
 however you leave the location of the Titans Obelisk he drags you back. Driving, flying, porting, controlpoint-porting,... theres no difference

It is indeed intentional (feature, not a bug!). Although I have to admit, that I'm not too sure about the CPTP part. Since nobody complained about that after it had been implemented, I assumed that people that it was alright.
