where is the game-fun going?

Not to destroy your Idea but to think realistic:

I bet nearly all dimes I have,. some "pros" would join those "newbie"-Games to destroy the fun of those players, who wants to really learn the gameSad

Honestly, "feeders" are no problem anymore - especially in the "Beginner" mode!

It's just appears as a problem since you mostly refer to the league beta games with the "League" mode which nearly doesn't change your bounty depending on your kill/death ratios ("pro" mode also nearly doesnt).

Other modes do.

I would look forward to a fun- / experience-mode , maybe with that idea of a fixed income.

And the problem, that pro´s will join a newbee-game will always exist.
Der Vorteil an der Klugheit ist, dass man sich dumm stellen kann.
Andersherum ist dies schon erheblich schwieriger.

Noobs actually doesn't join ""Pro only please" public servers" because they are scared about being banned for life.

Some other noobs actually join ""Pro only please" public servers" when they know that the game is based on teamwork because they think : 1) that they will learn more techniques of game-play and 2) that their good allies will compensate xD

so even if you make divisions in terms of "skill", it wont really be effective in public games because the Pro's can also join any games as sayed Orthodox !

but,
admit it,
it's part of the fun to farm a noob feeder from the other team that always try to take revenge,
or perhaps am i too sadist for a "full" fair play ^^
what a shame !Big Grin

Hello guys, first-time poster here.
Anyway Although you keep mentioning wanting a "learning-mode" the bots for btank are quite awesome for that. ofc you're forced to play lonewolf style since your bots won't do teamwork for shit but it is absolutely awesome for learning the tactics and strategies of the game seeing as the bots are more "skilled" then 90% of the people who play in Garena atleast.

Second point being about the "team-game" thing. In league and clan matches I'm sure it is a team game but quite frankly in pub games it just isnt. 1 good player on one of the teams is all it takes to just win hands down. I'll take a example from playing on Garena last night. Due to the normal lack of ppl wanting to play we ended up having to play 4v4. One player on the opposing team was semi-decent he rushed a Thunder tank so I guess thats acceptable. However I went with the Demolisher+multibow start and got a fireball ASAP then just farmed my way to a Hunter. This ofc isnt particularly hard but when facing the average pub players the second you get that Hunter it's just GG, with maincannon it's just a one shot from across the map on all those "newer" players in their t1 tank, and at that point all the teamwork in the world wont help because there is just no way that 3 tier 1 tanks with 2-3 weps can kill a 9,9k hp hunter that can oneshot all of them with both his ulti AND his maincannon.
So in my opinion btanks in pugs isnt a team-game at all. the skill levels just unbalance it too much and team-play isnt necessary or encouraged past tier 1 tanks where clutch play can oneshot someone. but rather map domination and demoralization by a single player coupled by a portable factory at the enemy base+a Burning Projectiles (or w/e that siege wep is called) and their base is just bye bye assuming they didint already leave because you were just oneshotting them from 2500 range. Now admittedly after a few of those kills you slow down and just start feeding the opponents hints and tips to make them last longer but at that points it's too late. In the formentioned game I even agreed to stop using my tank-skills altogether but the hp diffrence and the fact they were a good 9k gold behind on being able to even face me just ended the game before it even got fun,
so i would also say that the lack of "tiers" of skill in games that allow similar experience players to face eachother ruins alot of the fun. I mean it isn't fun to start a game that is as fun as btanks but then go on to get 0 challenge from you opponents, maybe it's better on battle.net but on Garena the second you press start game you know you won and thats not my idea of fun.

The worst part of this issue tho is that it is one without a solution. Alteast from your side, the clients such as Garena can fix it quite easily with "high level rooms" but last i checked Garena don't even have Btanks rooms, so I'm forced to host in the RPG rooms. If any of you guys regularly play on Garena tho I'd love to get in on those games would be nice to play players that are much more skilled then myself so I can learn some more:)

I just began playing BTanks on W3 (2 days ago). I cant host so I cant make my own btanks game but when I join a bot hosted game. I get kicked so frequently by players because i'm a feeder and I'm noob and with that I cant join bot hosted games anymore because my 'statistics' are bad. But I've never left on myself. I really like the game and read some nooby guides and I play private matches with bots. But sometimes you just wanna play with real people and not with bots and its no fun if you get kicked so frequently.
