Hello, please'll show how to set the mode for autohost.

You have to use the !hcl command in the game lobby or you can set a default hcl in the mapconfig "map_defaulthcl = ".
An example for normal mode:
in game lobby: "!hcl no"
in the mapconfig: "map_defaulthcl = no"

There is no such automode.
These are the available ones:

• no - normal mode
  
• nt - no trader mode
  
• ru - rush mode
  
• nc - no custom mode
  
• nh - no high bounty
  
• pr - "pro" mode (no Tinker/Trader/Exploder, 3k)
  
• 5h - 5k hb mode

When in game lobby type "!hcl no" (or whatever your command-trigger is).
NOTE: as the automode has 2 characters there have to be at least 2 players in the game. This is because a character gets encoded in a players handicap.

If it doesn't work show me your log of the bot (in code tags plz ).

Sorry, but i don't know GHost One. I can only give you support for GHost++.

And 5h should also work when there are only 2 players in the game (all modes should work with 2 or more players).

In GHost++ there are 2 possibilities to set a mode:
1. in every game lobby by typing the !hcl command
2. a default mode can be set in a mapconfig (this default mode can also be changed in the game lobby with the !hcl command)

I know what GHost One is, but i don't use it. So i can't help you with the GUI that comes with it.
