qualify games

my "little" brother was playing a qualify today and i was watching him & giving hints.
in the other team were 3 player who had together over 2,5k games; ofc they have been better than the rest of the team & the newbies in the enemy team

my point - qualify games should be for new players & not for experienced ppl with xxx games to boost their e-ego. this totally takes the fun for newbies! they lose the fun & stop to play / develop skill / play ranked games
can't you ban people with a positive ratio (above the required 85 %) & a certain amount of games from playing qualify games?

Ban people from qualify would be totally senseless because it takes 30 seconds to create a new account.

& it takes me 1 day to do 15 qualify games to play on the ranked bots again in case i would get banned

even if you can keep just one of these "look i got 6xx games i take lane i am best" player from joining a qualify game & taking the fun for newbies it's worth it ...

ofc you can't keep them from making a new acc & tard around ...if you really have to boost their e-ego in qualify games they _will_ create a new acc - the other ones would join ranked games where they belong to & let newbies play qualify games
