8.54b scout rune carving bug

well, after i tried same cases with my brother i recognized the following facts:

i started a custom mode game:
10k gold, tank&upgrade 10
i picked the scout and buyed 2 hulls (because of creepattacks during test.)
i skilled rune carving step by step:
rune carving lvl1: only castable on existing runes; does damage enemy by 25% of his current hp.
rune carving lvl2: only castable on existing runes; does damage enemy by 25% of his current hp.
rune carving lvl3: cast on existing rune: does damage enemy... creat a new rune: does NOT damage enemy, it heals enemy by 25% of his max. hp.
rune carving lvl4: cast on existing rune: does damage enemy... creat a new rune: does NOT damage enemy, it heals enemy by 25% of his max. hp.
rune carving lvl5: >did not test it<

i saved the replay:[attachment=0]

when you create a rune its like all other runes and NOT mainipulated.
you DONT create a manipulated healer but you can manipulate a created rune.
