Should there be a text message at the start of the game when high bounty mode is selected stating:

"High Bounty is only provided for fun, it is not meant to be balanced"

or something to that effect.

I am sick and tired of hearing people bitch on the forums that some aspects are not balanced on high bounty, or that there should be the addition/removal of stuff to support high bounty mode.
