See that is the thing, it should not be a problem. Do not play the game if you do not want to, and you certainly do not need to try and argue with someone who says anything regardless. Never once in all of the HB or normal games I have played have I ever ehard someone talk about the game not being balanced.

Custom Mode by its very title implies that you are customizing the game to a tailored preference or desire. This does not need a disclaimer, nor does any other mode. The start up text that shows which mode is selected, etc is just fine in my opinion.
