Addition of High Bounty Warning

Well HB is the main problem

...Never once in all of the HB or normal games I have played have I ever ehard someone talk about the game not being balanced.

The problem isn't people bitching in-game, its people bitching in the FORUMS. I see numerous threads in regards to:

We need more uber items - these would only get used in HB games, there are too many of these to link
High bounty gets imbalanced late game! - http://forum.btanks.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1834
We need a new commands that will only get used in HB! - http://forum.btanks.net/viewtopic.php?f=...726#p24726 and so on.
People should stop wasting their time and energies trying to make HB better, it is not and never will be a balance-adjusted gamemode.
We do NOT want Exodus and the other programmers/betatesters wasting their time adding/balancing features for HB.
