well the idea of this is too have a slow mooving but very long ranged fire support tank, as far as i know there isnt a tank similar to that in the current version.
that is a seige tank which is a high damage, high armour slow moving tank.
also i searched a site and found two possible skins that may be used for other tank idea's.
