custom kick can only be used if you're host and if newbcake has been kicked out he had no way to kick anyone, besides he was sitting next to you and pulled out your inet wire Oo
He never custom kicked anyone, after he was kicked it would say "Newbcake2 votes to kick xxxx". And every minute it would ask to vote to kick someone, not that he was custom kicking anyone, he was just able to start a vote kick even after he was gone.
