[8.60] Stuck places - teleporting

This was a big problem a few versions ago. But the CP tp radius was reduced to prevent tping onto walls, and the places where breakers could be used was limited to prevent people causing ground tanks to become stuck. If you refer to the teleport item - then that isn't such a big deal, since you can just wait for the CD to reset and get out the same way you got in.
