Quite simple reasoning.
A fist does not fit at all, i hope everyone agrees here.
I can't choose three icons, i can only choose one icon.
The coin applies at least for one of the three criteria and was included in the wc3.mpq which means it's no further import and filesize boost. There are not much icons useable for that position since they should lack a border, have transparency around the object etc.
