Sometimes Lightning Storm will fade away after being completely cast, as in the first bolts start to strike. I'm not completely sure if it was delay or what, but I think that the whole skill needs to be reworked because it takes extremely long to cast.
Going long range in mid takes no skill, so stop telling yourselves otherwise.
