is there any sort of reasoning why the league games have almost the most restrictive settings possible?
if you dont think exploder/trader is balanced, try balancing them instead of removing (even though its fine imo) - same goes with high bounty.

its more that a good trader in a well balanced team means a much greater chance for the team to win. first, there is one less tank on one lane, increasing exp and gold gain for the left player(s) on that lane and second the additional gold. as its not given that every team always has a trader, it is easier to exclude him of league games.
it's about the same with the exploder. the effect given by the use of this tank will deal a huge impact for the responsive team, if played well, or devasting if played really bad.
it's simply much harder to get good stats with these aspect in league games. moreover with tanks that aren't played that often.
"is player XY good only because he had a trader/exploder in his team?" and the likes would be the response of the loosing team.
