I have a very hard time finding .65 anymore so 90% of the time we don't use a bot, so i or someone i know will just host it.
You may interpret this as more people are willing to play a non-hb version over a hb version (current map changes are minor ones with low impact on gameplay besides the hb thing and upcoming new league). If you have trouble finding a hb game, maybe it is because hb is not so popular as some people thought.
Also the fact (which i believe is true, but i can't tell for sure) that more bot owner let their bots host a non-hb versions indicates that hb is not that popular. Otherwise, if there would be less bots hosting non-hb versions it would be a much stronger argument against hb.
