basically, the exploder's death animation plays out before it can be moved and the aoe damage activates.
if exploder is killed right after he teleports, the timing results as this: death animation (mushroom cloud), movement of exploder to breaker, then aoe damage trigger.
death animation should be delayed a bit, hm? .5 seconds or so- enough time for the trigger to teleport the exploder to the breaker.
