the "lol" was the point in the name..... but you dont need a "scout" they said scout but all the tallents where for creeping...or mabie i didnt see what they where getting at... but still this would be a good tank if you wanted to make 2 new tanks...

you said the basic cannon cant be set to attack multi targets? well how about giving it the 800g tanks lvl 10 ability to shoot aoe rockets but make them weaker and have it auto cast every few sec and only target creeps.
