Requesting a ban on Jojoy on the grounds of first announcing afking and asking not to be kicked, and then later doing nothing on purpose to prevent automatic afk so we could kick him. He first requests not to be kicked at ~51 mins and then fights afk 55 onwards.

you didn't read the requirements for a ban request, did you? >.>

I did? And it says there:
also DOING NOTHING ON PURPOSE preventing automatic afk -- These are the valid reasons for applying for banning a league player with one or more stated reasons.

You see nothing wrong with his behaviour? He didn't go afk at any point, just said he was leaving but stayed in game doing nothing.

how should we check if it was really a league game? no player link and no game link. these points, additional to the replay and of course the reasons are the rules for requesting a ban. it is mentioned clearly in here and even a couple of posts before.
