I also thinks this might need to be tweaked. Currently if you are only afk 2 minutes from start you can be kicked. The afk time add a lot of points which might lead to kicking be quite much easier. Sometimes only 1 vote is needed and other players who know that player was going to be short time afk, might in result get kicked by 1 player in that team which disagrees with the others who will wait until he return. It goes pretty fast to need only 1 vote when a player ingame has to do something afk for 5 min or a bit longer, I think it's unfair in that sense only 1 vote is needed.
