It sounds like as a "Pro"Tank.

I mean some good players take this time the Demolisher with a Bow on the start from the game.
In this way with a good support the can make a lot of money and lvl on the start.
So they will be better as the others.

This sounds now as a Tank special for this "taktikel" way.

I am not happy about this solution.
New players dont know how to work with this tank.
Pros have now a good solution to be again a little bit faster better then the others.

Please dont forget to think about what is with new players.
Is a change or a new tank good for all or only for some pros to be again better.....
