ok its obvious i have a general idea of what it means however i noticed a few things that could be judged in different ways.
My first thing is if there is a player who gets kicked 30 time before game starts for excessive ping of 7000ms and then got lucky and game started and then after 5 min he 1-5? and then decides to leave cause of "Lag"
Its pretty obvious if he should of had some responsibility and never joined game ?or at least not have taken a lane ...
The other day i played a game where a player refused to play this team we might of won they still had a good chance,when we took middle we had 3 players on 200 hp and well the player that wasn't playing as part of the team just went down the lane and crept he refused to play so much he didn't want triple kill.
Wouldn't you call it sabotage to the the point the lost middle and game cause of a player just not caring i mean that's what sabotage is ?
The other situations that could be seen as sabotage my point is some of this should be ban-able or admins should be able to put a rating on players who flame or sabotage so at least it shows when they join on game or penalize points or something or ban im not sure it just seems stupid at times
