i like him how he is now. He is very powerfull because its easy to farm with it. I dont see any disadvantage with it. You can cast your thunder-storm on towers and they get destroyed over time.
Airship cant stun. If someone got smokelauncher, the thundertank is the perfect counter. Thunder tank is a ealy game tank (not starter). If you buy him you need to buy the *speed-item* to see his full power. Of course havy is stronger but you need to pay 1500 gold more = 5 min farming at the beginning.
