I totally agree with you. The fact is : a lot of people don't kick for the reasons you give (which should be the only reason to do so) and kick too easy bad players who are just bad or just kick to get leavers gold and win. Easier kick system will ruin even more games.
I'm just afraid of that and getting back stupid guys who just kick for fun or for bad reasons (people who don't like each others for example...). That's the reason why I think actual kick system is good : it prevents this kind of behavior as it should.
And I'm afraid any kick system can take care of so much things like time in base, shit talk etc.
For your suggestions : obviously yes, such a good ideas !
