Probably an argument somewhere on some suggestions,but i think early on usually prior to 40 minutes and required upgrades ultimate pack and the big repair are strong (Not much people have it at this point)But i feel as if negator pack overall is stronger, and just gets stronger and more effective as the games on being invulnerable for 1.5 seconds additionally with weapon and magic damage resistance is huge (I know there is a nerf in the new beta) Aside from that i love the variation negator pack brings i almost there was another benefit of ultimate pack.
At one hour 30 if there are 3-4 tanks surrounding you and your invulnerable for 1.5 your probably avoiding 8000 damage at least and on top of that there is already the magical and spell resistance.
