an new tank idea:
sky fortress
prize: ~20,000 gold
basic hitpoints: ~17,500
speed: 220-240 (=very slow)
skills:
1) a passive skill, which permanently damages ground units in range of 100-400 (permanent immolation logic, just affecting ground units)
explaining why he can do this is just a little effort of creativeness. maybe it has to do with his drive system, or its a radiation.
damage increases with level
2) teleport target tank (friend or enemy) into its base
the spell requires 2-3 seconds (channeling) casting time. maybe he also may not target tanks which are in range of a cp.
cooldown reduces with level
3) passive: blocks a single target spell cast on this tank.
cooldown reduces with level
4) maybe the speed upgrade all air tanks have or an active damage dealing spell (ofc no stun)
ultimate: the sky fortress sends out little fighters which deal damage and act as a shield, as they can be attacked like creeps, but not be destroyed. the fighters disappear after a short time. its like the StarCraft Carrier unit, i think most peaple played SC.

its an equivalent to the new titan, and many players wanted a new air tank which is stronger than the sky tank. this is my suggestion.
