The main feature of this tactic that I never play on one lane. I always teleport to places where I am not expected, kill those who is returning to heal. And, well, you farm more and still have weapon that hurts heroes. It is chosen only by the situation when to by hull at all.

BTW, I do not play on official battle.net but on local PVPGN server(about 2000-3000 users online). And there is such situation.
