Ah well, you put different aspects into your post.
Bob will do something about the mana bug.
But do you still think that the Fire Rain is too strong in this version? Of course its stronger than before, that was the intention behind the change, but overall the tank now really is stronger than the Frost Tank.
Regarding Sky Tank, nothing has been changed there (atleast nothing I know about).
