I like the idea of Burrow.
How much mana Burrow would cost 14mana?
When you reinconstruct you get 14mana,
But when you will UnBurrow? You need to wait for mana to restore.
What about level increasement of the spell,
The message will appear when some one cast Aiming Rocket in your distance and other long range spells.
May be not setting the movement speed to 0 bot to leave it on 1.
