Scout have a great disadvantage. It cannot stun or damage enemy tanks with skills. It can use net at lv 10. Scout is a long range specialist. Also it's creep cannon is quite weak when it have 1300 range, it was stronger when it had 950 range. So scout is deadliest when it got long range weapons.
