Dispite the overall strength of the Scout, the bounty was just to high for his towers. A lot of people say, that they think the Scout is too strong, but nearly no one says what to do against that. I think, you should start making constructive suggestions on how to balance the Scout. But I guess this will become a quite difficult discussion, since there are a lot of different opinions on the Scout.
