The bombs are hero only, ground only (and only for air tanks) thats not what i meant as ground only 
(the change i supposed was - artillerie 1 (5000 Gold) same damage and attack as it is now.
Then you can upgrade it with more dps -->artillerie 2
and are able to use the mode after you updated that weapon
--> artillery 2 mode 1
--> artillery 2 mode 2 )
If you dont like it, maybe we take other weapons - it was just an example
