Wow... you're dense. I wasn't arguing that netiquette doesn't exist. My point is a.) is has absolutely NOTHING to do with battle tanks unless specified by the admins and b.) who the fuck cares man. Just b/c some ppl decided to coin the term doesn't mean a god damn thing. It's not objective or universal, people will continue to act however they want to act on the web. If I went and made a wiki post coining my own philosophy of netfuckyou, it wouldn't matter either.

Smigamabiff was going afkai after 20 mins for the rest of the game (more than an hour). During end of the match he had stats about 2 - 63.

First of all I won't justify xenocide85's lies about me with a response. He's already proven my case right here in the forum.

This guy clearly believes his actions have no consequences, nor does he plan to change. Xenocide85 / General_Pwn's responses have already proven my point (and other's complaints established clearly above) about why he needs to be banned, not just from league, but from the forum as well. Please ban this sociopath ASAP; don't let him drag other forum members into the mud with him.
He's not just pissing off guys in games, now he's brining his despicable behavior into the forum and attacking other members. This is just the tip of the iceberg and the harrassment has got to stop here! He just doesnt' get it. This isn't a public game, this is a private league and he is not entitled to be an asshole just because 'it's the internet'.
I don't think you need to seek anyone else's approval on this, it's pretty clear we ALL are better off without him anywhere near us or other people's kids... Right guys?

1) Like Admins say, this aint a democracy.
2) Does it matter if there are rules posted? Is it so hard not to spam, flame, cheat and so on? It looks like some guys are looking for a reason to legalize it. Ok, admins create a thread with a few words: "Rules : Netiquette." WOW. Is it that much different? Do you really need someone who tells u that "Fucking son of feeder bitch" is flaming and not welcome anywhere? Guys c´mon, how old are you? -.-

Sadly I think General_Pwn aka xenocide85 is old enough to know better, but has anti-social personaltiy disorder. He (and his type) thinks he is entitled to be an asshole because 'it's the internet'.
He is a perfect example of what you need to do in games and in the forum to get a discretionary ban. He's pissed off way too many good people.
Disciplinary action is needed.

I've created a few rules for ban requests stating the reasons for banning players with behavior. Also for the players who has been banned there is appeal rules as well.
It's up to the admins to decide if the reason for ban is good enough or not, and appeals are good enough or not.

Also I have 2 replays of born2dlporn flaming all time. You really should start banning him. Each game he is in is fucked off, that can't be true! If you have no votekick enabled for spammers you need to ban them or game is ruined  .
Replay for l2kassassisn is attached, the second flaming replay of born2dlporn can be posted aswell if you really need it (comments in thread should be enough in my honst opinion.
Ich you don't ban one of these guys please at least report here, you read this post - and best post an explanation why no ban for those... ähm.... individuals  .

I request that my IP ban be removed, and my forum username (xenocide85) and btanks league beta IDs (xenocide85, General_Pwn) be unbanned for the following reasons:
1.) I have been playing this map and been a member of the community for 3+ years. I never caused the impending doom or downfall of the community and there's no reason to think I suddenly will, as GEN_Schwarkof claims...
2.) The reason for which I was banned, flaming, was not a posted rule anywhere on the forum. It is now, and I will be happy to follow the rules. I hardly think it's fair to ban a member of the community that has been around so long because expectations were never clearly set or communicated. It's very appropriate here, to point out that there is a difference between admins setting expectations to all members, as opposed to various members, like GEN & Co., simply assuming everyone has the same rules in mind as they do.
If anything, this experience has allowed you (the admins) to more clearly communicate your expectations for members - this is merely an opportunity to prove that you are both fair and just.

I object to anyone considering xenocide85's/General_Pwn's appeal while he continues to attack my character in this forum because I (and others) have asked for this ban. This is not remorse. He is not sorry. This is a pattern of behavior that goes back a long time.
We have him on record going so far as to say he had a right to be a complete asshole because it's the internet. This is monster as we know him. He went on about how we were all idiots and he'd get another IP address and that there were no consequences on the internet. I would say we've seen his crap and it will NOT be tolerated here in league.
Secondly xenocide85/General_Pwn needs to take sole responsibility for his behavior, and stop blaming me for calling him out on his on-going abusive behavior, nor blaming admins for not posting a sign that says "behave yourself" and "respect others". Claiming ignorance of what is socially acceptable is not a defense. He has caused alot of trouble and doesn't give a shit.
If this is clearly demonstrated I suggest a parole/appeal hearing for his return to league after 3 months time. (That would be November 24th, 2010.) I'd like to be present along with the others here who asked for his ban to witness the appeal.
There must be consequences for all to see, not a revolving door back in by immediate appeal. It would make a mockery of league standards.

Most are only account bans. But there are also IP-bans. But the IP of most of the players change from time to time. An account-ban means again playing 10 games to play on the ranked bots. So theoretically people have a second chance.

General_Pwn doesn't need to be banned, yet. However:
If General_Pwn does not appologize to me and The.X.Rain (who originally complained and posted replays on him) and is not suspended from league for at least 3 weeks, then I'm leaving league.
You can choose this asshole over me and my clan.
